Emma & Charlotte

Two sisters, so different yet so the same, the combination of both their personalities complement each other and makes for a great salon experience and atmosphere. With over 16 years experience between them, both Emma and Charlotte have a keen eye for detail, ensuring each visit to the salon is unique and you feel totally refreshed, pampered and gorgeous!

Emma	Emma - principal stylist & Salon owner
	Emma is incredibly resourceful and totally on the ball when it comes to the busy salon. Emma thrives on client satisfaction, she loves helping people achieve a fantastic hairstyle that they are capable of accomplishing at home, leaving them to walk out of the salon feeling fantastic She also has a creative side and is planning on eventually creating her own collection of cutting edge trends. Emma has attended the Saks academy in Darlington for the Saks induction course, has been to Paris to the Revlon Academy twice to see the newest international trends and more recently has a diploma in the L'Oreal Hł creative cutting & styling trends. Emma is also qualified to assess the students in the salon.

Charlotte - principal stylist & Salon owner	Charlotte
Charlotte has a strong hairdressing background. Having embarked on her career at the mere age of 15, Charlotte had a Saturday job at a top nationwide franchise and had committed herself to training evening before she had even left school. At 17 Charlotte qualified to NVQ level 2 in hairdressing, and at 19 years old become one of the top stylists in her salon. Her maturity and motivation to continually be at the top has led her to excel her to be the best! Charlotte has completed the Simply Saks cutting course, L'Oreal Colour Keys, Saks Hair up specialist course and became Kerastase Ambassador within the salon.

Becky	Becky - Senior stylist
	Becky is bright and bubbly, and has the most impressive smile as you walk in. After joining the company in 2008 she has risen to the top with her fantastic hairdressing skills and ability to make you feel comfortable. Along with her NVQ in hairdressing, Becky has continued to develop her skills, taking part in various colour courses and gaining diplomas in L'Oreal's designer cutting and Hł international creative cutting & styling trends.

Steph - stylist	Steph
Steph is gentle and adaptable to any character that comes to her. Her qualities of empathy, care and understanding of her client's needs are second to none. Always wanting to better herself, she is committed and self motivated to strengthen her own ability in this industry. Steph would like her skills to take her all over the world one day!

Sarah	Sarah - stylist
	Sarah has been Charlotte's protégé from the start and has committed 150% to the company, she is loyal and hardworking. After taking part in work experience in May 2007, Sarah knew that this was the job for her and has shown that she is definitely one to watch over the next few years!

Ashleigh - assistant	Ashleigh
Ashleigh shows so much promise and self motivation. After becoming a finalist in the local college competition Ashleigh's head is always full of creativity and brimming with ideas to take herself and the salon to the next level. Ashleigh will tend to your every need and has an outgoing and extrovert personality.

Charlie	Charlie - assistant
	The newest member of the team, Charlie already shows great potential. Being able to take on everything we throw at her we most certainly have high hopes for this one. Quiet and demure, Charlie is approachable and friendly.
